Diverse Perspectives on Critical Raw Materials

Wolfram is leading the way in the tungsten industry’s proven conflict-free sourcing. As an absolute pioneer in this field and thanks to our close relationship with our suppliers, Wolfram offered the visitors an informative company presentation and guided them through the site in St. Martin im Sulmtal.

Afterwards we delved into the topic of raw material tungsten, with our expert Steffen Schmidt (Manager International Mining & Raw Material Compliance) providing interesting views. Finally, we discussed the EU Regulation on Supply Chain Due Diligence (CSDDD), which shed light on the topic from many perspectives.

We were particularly impressed by the presentations given by the students, who gave us an insight into the topic of “Critical Raw Materials” from the different perspectives of their specialist areas.
