Info for deliveries

RAW MATERIALS – general

Incoming goods: Deliveries can be accepted on working days, at the following times:
Monday to Friday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

Delivery documents: The following documents must be included with the delivery:

• Delivery note (CMR) along with the packing list (quantity of packages, gross and net weight per package)
• pro forma invoice
• certificate of analysis
• certificate of origin (Form A, etc.)

Note: only trucks with lateral unloading are accepted.

RAW MATERIALS – supplementary info – Secondary raw material

Packaging: the material must be delivered well-sorted and free of foreign components in closed, sealed steel drums (approved for ADR no: UN3077, Class 9, III), on Euro pallets or IPPC pallets. PE inliners are not permitted.

The container must be labelled in accordance with the labelling regulations. Clear relation between materials and delivery documents must be guaranteed.

We require the following data with the notice:

• WBH contract or order number
• Invoice number
• Delivery note number
• Date of delivery
